This new build in the heart of Maraetai captures a modern interior feel with an industrial twist.

With pops of black this stunning build has beautiful continuity from space to space. it was important for our clients to have a connection with each bathroom and we did this by ensuring we chose tiles in the same “family”. This allowed for each room to still carry it’s own personality but as a whole their home felt cohesive.
