  • Here at The Tile Room we strive to work with great quality tiles and we source only from a range of well trusted suppliers.

  • The Tile Room cannot take responsibility for incorrect measurements off plans, it is important that these are checked by a professional such as a tiler/builder.

  • Should you need to return stock for reasons other than being faulty there will be a 25% restocking fee and customers will need to arrange delivery of the pallet/s back to site.

  • We cannot take any responsibility for tiles being installed incorrectly or onto unsuitable surfaces. Correct adhesives and grout should be used to get the best out of your tiles.

  • Once the tiles are installed, we can under no circumstance return this stock so it is important that you view your tiles prior to installation and ensure you're happy.

  • Tiles do vary in texture, shade and colour from batch to batch, this does not mean the tile is faulty. If you have any concerns on blemishes The Tile Room ltd needs to be notified before these are laid as we will not accept any claims past this point.

  • We cannot guarantee that the sample you have viewed in store versus the batch ordered will be the same, therefore slight variations can be present.

  • Once the tiles have been installed, our terms and conditions becomes nil as we cannot guarantee the correct prep and installations was adhered too.
